How long does your wig last?
The lifespan of your wig depends on how well it is maintained. With proper care, our wigs can last one year or longer while retaining their quality and softness. Using the right hair products, avoiding excessive heat, and gentle handling will help extend its life. Proper storage on a mannequin head or in a silk/satin bag also prevents tangling and dryness, keeping your wig looking beautiful for longer.
What is the return policy?
At HairsByDinma, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We carefully inspect every wig before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.
We accept returns and refunds only in cases where:
• You receive the wrong order, or
• You receive a defective item.
Any issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your wig. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.
To qualify for a return, the wig must be:
• In the exact condition it was delivered
• Unworn, unaltered, and untampered with
• Returned with original packaging intact
Once the returned wig is received and inspected, we will:
• Provide a replacement if the wig is in stock, or
• Issue a refund if the wig is no longer available.
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect personal choice, or improper handling after delivery.
How long does order processing and shipping take?
All orders are processed within 2 business days after the order is placed. Once processing is complete, your order will be dispatched for shipping. Shipping duration varies depending on your location and will be clearly communicated at checkout before payment is made.
Are your wigs heat-friendly, and how do I maintain them?
Yes, our wigs are heat-friendly and can be curled or straightened using low heat only. Proper care and styling techniques will help maintain the quality, texture, and lifespan of your wig.
For very curly wigs:
Use a leave-in conditioner mixed with water to refresh the curls. Gently brush from the tips upward to the roots to prevent shedding and breakage.
For curly or wavy wigs:
Curl on low heat and set the hair in pin curls. Allow the curls to cool completely before removing the pins to help the style last longer.
For straight wigs:
Use a flat iron on low heat to maintain a sleek look. Avoid repeated high-heat passes to preserve hair quality.
Detangling:
All wigs should be carefully brushed from tip to root to remove tangles gently and reduce tension on the hair.
Storage:
Curly wigs should be stored in loose rolls to retain their texture and prevent tangling or matting. Keeping wigs in a silk or satin bag or on a mannequin head is also recommended.
With proper styling, gentle handling, and correct storage, your wig will remain beautiful and long-lasting.
